I wouldn't go with a mini itx board if you're planning on upgrading. Also the psu is overkill. It is a really good psu though. I have one in my rig

Might consider going with an I7 since you are getting the 1080. Might put off the need to upgrade 3 maybe 4 years.

I second this. If you can afford to do with an i7 do it.

yeah - go with the i7-6700k. I also recommend getting a micro-atx motherboard instead of ITX (should save you a few bucks, and have more RAM slots). Also recommend upgrading to 32GB of RAM.
