Currently, the only way I know to change your avatar picture is inside the Oculus PC application. I thought the Go mobile app allowed you to select it on initial account creation, but I already had an account so I never tried this. It is something I agree we should have, and I can share your feedback with the team.
Yes, please share my feedback with the team.
When I made my Oculus account on the website, there was no provision
whatsoever to include my picture.
When I first signed-in on the iOS Oculus app, there was also no provision
whatsoever to inlude my picture.
Next to my avatar picture is a red circle with a silhouette in it ....

Looking at it, you'd think: "OK, that's where MY picture goes."
Plus, lookiing at other people's avatar panes, *their* pictures are there.
But when I was signing into the Oculus iOS app, and every time since,
whenever I try tapping on the red circle
(expecting to see the iOS photo choosing pane:
Thank you.

When creating my Oculus account on the website, there was no provision whatsoever

In the app, my avatar pane shows a red circle with a silhoutte in it:

So I think: "OK, that's where MY picture goes."
Plus, in everyone else's avatar pane I've seen, that's where they put THEIR pictures.
But both when logging into the iOS Oculus app, and everytime since then,
whenever I tap that red circle expecting to see this: https://imgur.com/a/eGokNwJ ,
instead, nothing happens. So there we are. Thank you.
