I am trying to reach customer support to get a refund on the Oculus Link cable. Whenever I hit the refund button it gives me an error. So I am trying to reach out to support for more than two weeks but I don't get any reply from them. Is there anything I can do more than creating a support ticket to get the attention of their shitty customer service?
I wish you luck. I paid for Virtural Desktop, but was not able to download it. So far, all I have received from Customer Support is a Support Ticket. My next step will be to contact PayPal and ask for a refund.
