Yup, I heard about this the other day. Going from the article they're looking at launching a class action lawsuit. Not sure if anyone has tried doing this before, and whether there's any sort of legal standing for it. And if they win their class action lawsuit then where are the defendants going to get the money from to compensate the plaintiffs?
It's a bit pointless launching a class action lawsuit against a company that has gone out of business due to cash flow problems tbh.
Agree, a CAL against the now defunct company seems off base - but I think they hope to establish a president at going after fraudulent action by executives who retain assets of the collapsed company, for their own personal gain. I am sure that the executive team at Sixense will be watching the outcome of this VERY closely!
Spacial audio is big for me too. We work on a number of projects that hope to include a real-time spacial head track for the audio - or the alternative, place the guest in a cone of sound.
