Random Return

Level 2

I made a request to return my quest controller and get a replacement, and it all went well, now a few weeks later, they send me an unrelated email about replacing "Your Oculus Product", and I never made any other return requests. Why did it authorize something I never asked for? also, it has a different RMA number than the controller return

On a user forum how the heck would we know?  Obviously you should just contact Oculus Support (maybe using Chat) and ask them directly.  Good luck.
