Touch Controllers disconnecting after setup

My Oculus Rift Touch controllers keep disconnecting after setup. I'll get through the whole thing, get the guardian area put in and get to my "home" and a few minutes later my hands freeze. I check devices and one of the sensors is orange and says "Poor Tracking Quality." Then it comes back to normal and green, but the touch controllers are still off and won't turn back on. I've tried repairing the oculus software, I've restarted my computer several times. I've made sure all my software is updated. I'm having trouble getting to the BIOS to do the HMD fix for the USB but I'm not sure if that's the problem. I read somewhere that other signals like wifi or electronics can interfere with the Bluetooth signal of the Touch controllers. I also have a wireless keyboard/touchpad. I've submitted a ticket but it could be a while. I just finished upgrading my computer. I have a MSI B450 tomahawk motherboard, an AMD ryzen 5 2600 processor, Radeon RX 580 graphics card and 16gigs of RAM.
