VR Art and Diorama Gallery workflow?

I love painting and the realization of dioramas, I want to create a gallery of paintings and dioramas made entirely in VR, which can be visited from smartphones.

What programs to make paints and dioramas? And how to create a gallery that is always online, open to visitors and can be visited from smartphones?

If you have a workflow to recommend to me I want to achieve this.
