When is restock I really want a VR but I don't want to pay $600+ on one on eBay.

From what I have seen best to keep an eye on the Oculus store as often as you reasonably can. They do get stock but when they do it tends to go fast. Some have reported it is usually Tuesday's when they get stock in.
