Workaround: Win10 TP 10158 works with 0.6.0.1 (AMD).

Lhun
Explorer
steps:

1) uninstall any oculus runtime completely from programs and features.
2) uninstall any windows 8.1 AMD drivers. Let the system use and install the WDDM 2.0 drivers from windows update
3) Reboot.
4) Install the OVR runtime 0.6.0.1 as administrator. Don't use compatibility mode.
4.5) rift should be your extended desktop now. Make sure you're using landscape (flipped) 1080p 75hz, and that the display is the RIGHTMOST display. Some applications mess up if it's not.
5) Navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\Oculus\Service
6) right click on OVRServer_x86.exe, click properties
7) go to the compatibility tab, choose windows 8, and tick the box in "run as administrator".

Now this is key, every time you run the rift you have to run the server exe manually. It will sit in your taskbar, but your DK2 will work now. (with the black screen over the display thing that happens in 8.1)

Go ahead and run anything you want. I haven't seen a single thing that doesn't work properly yet, most stuff is faster in dx12 running dx11 apps.
