Hi has anyone heard from oculus support it’s been days since I put in a request and haven’t heard back. My quest is pretty much a paper weight so feel a bit frustrated. Are people having similar issue with quest support ?
thanks it’s insane rather they focus on all the big issues rather than keep selling a product that has so many issues. I’m stuck now with this thing that basically is just nice to look at and not use.
Thanks ...one controllers just randomly hangs up after like 2 minutes. Seem more like the left than right one tho. I’ve unlinked, factory reset and nothing.
I had problems with a controller disappearing and behaving badly. Completely restarting the controller by removing and reinserting the battery fixed it for me at least.
