By far the simplest thing to do is leave the Oculus Software on C (if you have enough room) and put your Apps/Games on another drive.

In Your Oculus Desk Top App, go to "Settings", "General", "Library Locations" and click on "Edit"

When you click on "Edit" you can add multiple locations for your software to be installed to. If you make more than one, you can set a "Default" location where everything will be installed.

Apps/Games that are already installed can be manually moved from within your library.............
