i havent been responded to in over a week by oculus support what do i do

hi i have a controller issue and i have been in talk with oculus support they asked me for my details my device serial number and headset serial number to see about a replacement and normally they would get back in a day or two but i noticed about 6 days no response i emailed asking whats going on at any point i was never rude or anything and i got no response then i asked again and i didnt get a response then i also asked again recently and still got no response i submitted a new oculus support thing and i still didnt get a response anyone have any experiences or know what to do in this situation . thanks

There is a shortage going on - so more than likely are just in que for them to even heard back from inventory to see about a replacement. Between C19, stay at home, and now riots - things are just slow.

A week is nothing. It takes well over a month before I get a response in my ticket.
