My quest 1 suffered the Logo of Death after the last update and i was offered a replacement with a RMA. I was sent the delivery label and instructions for DHL. I packaged this up and sent it, with DHL, the next day. The tracking showed it as being received and collected but it never progressed from that. I contacted support who confirmed the info I'd got. Long story short, 2 weeks later (10 days after the predicted delivery) and its still the same. Support say they have a replacement for me but are waiting for the return to arrive. They have now stopped replying to my 'any more info' replies to email and their 'chat with us' has just told me to wait, or reply to the email. Has anyone else had this happen to them, and how long did it take for them to send your replacement.
