oculus has detected a hardware issue that preventing you  from setting up your rift. Please check that your headset connected and all cable ends are firmly seated. if you'are still having trouble, you can also selecr try again tp repeat  the setup process

Have you checked the cables going to the Rift itself?

Is the HDMI cable connected to the graphics card?

Have you gone to settings or devices in Oculus Home and looked at any messages there (if you can)?

I'd raise a support ticket whilst you are trying to get things working.

Is it new?  What PC/laptop is it?  Specs?
