You will not have to buy them again if you want to play them using you PC (just like with your Rift). However, if you want to install them on the Oculus Quest2 and play without PC (standalone), then in most case you will have to buy them again.
There are some Cross-buy titles availlable, but Beat Saber is not. That means you can play your Beat Saber on the Quest2 using Link Cable, Airlink or Virtual Desktop. But if you want to play Beat Saber from the Quest2 standalone, you will have to buy it again from the Quest store.
So yes, you will be able to play all the games you purchased. But some will require your PC while other will be availlable standalone on your Quest2.
Here's some info about Cross-Buy:

If you want to play all your Rift collection from your PC wirelessly. While Airlink is enought, I recommend Virtual Desktop. It's really great!
