Same happened to me I had to go to Amazon to get the device but I would wait on getting it because I got mine about 4 days ago and I can’t add any payment options to the App Store to get games and it’s been very frustrating to do so this problem has been going on for about 4 years now and it doesn’t seem to be fixed at any time soon.
