trying to cancell a app

i recently bought a program from the quest store, and have 14 days to return it. i would like to return it, but unable to find out how. and there is no customer support anywhere.

To get started, here's a quick breakdown on how to make that happen!

 

  1. Open the Oculus Mobile app on your phone.
  2. Tap Menu in bottom right corner.
  3. Tap Settings.
  4. Tap Purchase History.
  5. Select the content you'd like to request a refund for.
  6. Tap Request Refund.
  7. Follow the on-screen instructions to request your refund.
