Oculus Rift CV1 - Massive Frame Drops and stuttering on high-end Hardware

Hello everyone.

As the title says, i have massive performance issues with VR right now.

Even on the Oculus dash screen, it is stuttering so bad, that i can't use VR in any way, most noticable when i move my head around.

My Hardware is an AMD R7 5800x, RTX3080, 32GB Ram @ 3600MHz
It worked perfectly fine a month or so ago

I did some research and some people say, it is caused by the 22H2 Update of windows 11, is that the case?
and if so, is there a workaround?
Here is a screenshot of fpsVR, maybe it helps.

Thank you in advance.

My CV1 is working flawlessly - I'm using RTX 3090 and Win10 Pro - driver 512.15.

Hello and thank you for your replies.

I just got the Update KB5020044 from microsoft Update and now everything is smooth again and is running like a charm.

By that, I call the Problem solved.

Again, thank you for your replies.
