I received my Quest 2 today in the post. I tried it on and it’s uncomfortable straight away. I’ve tried to get it to sit as comfortable as possible and it just really isn’t fun at all, my face really hurts after a few minutes. However, you state on your website that if one is to purchase an Oculus Quest, then there will be a 10% discount. I’ve asked live chat and was told that I can’t have a promo code because I have to buy the elite strap at the same time as buying the VR head set. How is one to know just how uncomfortable the standard strap will make the VR sit on their face? This just does not make sense at all. I believe that customers should have a grace period after purchasing a VR headset, before buying an elite strap with the 10% discount. Now that would make sense, surely?
