Like many users, I had to create an RMA for my right controller, due to stick drift.

Reading all the RMA horror stories on the forums, I'm deathly afraid to send my controller in, since I may never receive a replacement, and especially not in an acceptable timeframe (3-5 business days for controller to get to them, 3-5 business days to process a replacement, and 3-5 business days for the replacement to arrive).

Being a multi-billion dollar company, this is completely unacceptable. You have the means and the ability to send out immediate replacements for defective products, there is no need to wait for the RMA'd controller to arrive before sending out another, especially considering it's just a controller. I work in customer service, and today alone I've sent a replacement for a $700 item immediately, before receiving the original back, hell, before it was even scheduled to be picked up.
