It would be amazing if the Oculus Move app could link to the heart rate monitor on my Apple Watch and send data to Apple Health and even then on to other fitness tracking apps such as Strava or Endomondo etc.
Please make it happen!

I would like to request you add the option to run the Quest 2 in 120Hz mode, at least when in PC mode if nothing else.
You can watch John Carmack talking about this in the video below (at the 32:06 mark):

As we know, display panels of Rift S and Quest are capable of running at 90Hz, but locked away due to heat or certification issues. Please provide an experimental option for advanced users to "overclock" their device and use it at higher refresh rates.
We understand that Oculus wants to provide a smooth experience for general customers but please also allow room for enthusiast users to tinker with their devices.

As John Carmack accidentally said during the keynote, the oculus quest is actually able to run 90 hz content, but it was decided not to enable this on oculus quest games for a variety of reasons.
But when connected to a PC, these reasons largely don't apply and this would be a huge comfort improvement. I understand this would require the headset to be re certified by the FCC, but I expect that you will see a lot more users using this feature if it provides as smooth of an experience as the oculus rift.
Enable 90 hz, or at least 80 hz on quest when connected to a PC. If it doesn't significantly impact power consumption, maybe add it to media apps as well.
tbh, I just want to be able to recommend the quest without any reservations.

There is an overwhelming number of kids in multiplayer VR games screaming the most vile things I have ever heard and engaging in explicit harassment. I suspect it's due to a mix of immaturity crossed with anonymity and a sense of disembodiment while inhabiting a virtual avatar. Regardless, this needs to be addressed. Putting kids all in their own lobbies is not a great solution because it traps good kids with the bad/toxic ones. Instead, I suggest you add a microphone buffer/snapshot as an opt-in parental control feature. Open up an API for developers that allows them to trigger an event where the last ~30s/1 min of microphone input gets saved to the device and sent to the parent's phone/email if the player is flagged in-game by others. Please give parents the opportunity to turn these into teaching moments rather than letting VR multiplayer games become synonymous with this toxicity. Parents don't know what their kids are doing/saying while in VR and they can't address what they don't know about.

The headset is already linked to our phone via Bluetooth. It should be able to receive text notifications and answer phone calls while the user wears the headset. It's incredibly frustrating to have to remove the headset or peer down my nose to view and respond to texts and phone calls. Why not allow the reception of notifications, text replies via voice-to-text, and answering and making phone calls from within the headset? If the Oculus Quest and Quest 2 platforms are going to become a productivity tool alongside a gaming device, we will need the ability to communicate with the outside world. Social/party chat just does not cut it.

I'd like to request you guys to fix the intermittent microphone quality dropping that a lot of users are facing on the Rift S. Here's a link to show you how the issue shows up:
https://clips.twitch.tv/IgnorantAntediluvianAlfalfaPanicBasket
As you can listen the quality drop occurs just for a few seconds, but it's random and intermittent getting people annoyed in social games like Pavlov VR, VRChat and RecRoom. Hope you guys can fix it somehow. I have opened a support ticket already but they couldn't help me to fix the problem. Thanks.

DEMOS and many free apps clutter up the interface and add content I never want to see again.
If I OWN THE FULL VERSION of an app I definitely DON'T WANT TO KEEP SEEING THE DEMO version. This is the simplest case, but there a numerous other reasons to allow me to completely remove an app from the library, ESPECIALLY IF YOU FORCE THE UI to always fall back to default of SHOWING ALL APPS!!!!!!! (Remembering the selected filter WORKS ON QUEST 1 but you BROKE IT IN QUEST 2, so this is a bug which also needs to be fixed but allowing users to remove unwanted apps is a close second.)

Hi Dear Oculus team.
I think you guys should spend some time carefully calibrating the Quest 2 panel in terms of brightness (backlight), contrast, color vibrance etc...
As we all know it looks washed out compared to the G2. I do not think the panel itself is bad, it just needs calibration.
For starters the brightness is set at full blast. And as you know people has been asking for a fix for that.
We know the panel can give better colors since there is a color vibrance toggle in Virtual Desktop to fix that.

I am a 360 and 180 video and photo enthusiast. I recently purchased an Insta360 Evo camera and was very disappointed to find that the Insta360 App is not available on the Oculus Quest, but it is available on the Oculus Go.
The Insta360 App allows photos and videos to be viewed and uploaded wirelessly between camera and the Oculus Go headset.
See the following in depth YouTube video to see this...

This App gives immediately feedback on what you have photographed.
I wrote to Insta360 and they told me that Oculus declined to give permission for the App to be in the Quest App Store. They hinted that this is on the grounds that the Go is more for media consumption and the Quest is about gaming.
I was a Go owner but I upgraded to the Quest and as a result of this I am now disappointed.
So Oculus please reconsider your policy for photography and video on the Quest.
Oculusâ App curation policies are appraised here...

Having several Family Members it would be a good improve to add a Oculus Developer Policy to add several Savegame Slots to each Game.
Currently this is not common and i am sure this Feature being added as a Standard would make Quest / Go / Rift so much better for everyone to enjoy the Gaming Experience.

I have a cat and small children. Sometimes when I'm playing they will wander into the area and, of course, I can't see or hear them. They're not able to understand this so collisions could occur. Please build a feature to detect interlopers and warn the user.

Reviews are garbage. There needs to be more options and restrictions to make them less garbage.
Donât allow users to post reviews until theyâve played at least an hour and a half of the game. This time restriction would allow people to post reviews and return the game but also give users enough time to judge, at the very least, the initial chapters of the game. Itâs not helpful for people to post reviews that say âfive stars, Iâll update when I play the gameâ.

I just tried setting up Quest in my backyard, and having a massive playspace with no wires is amazing! Unfortunately I'm only able to use about half of my backyard because Quest won't let me draw a larger boundary than that, and I don't really want to turn off Guardian entirely for fear of running into things.
Please increase the maximum Guardian size so I can make better use of this larger space.

Since Oculus has purchased Beat Games that now makes Beat Saber a first party title. If Oculus encourages developers to go onto app sharing they should lead by example, especially since Beat Saber is one of the only titles that would benefit from having that sperate score. I think the community would really like to hear that Beat Saber will get app sharing, even if it is down the line the confirmation would be nice. Beat Saber already doesn't have Cross-Buy, it would be nice to at least implement app sharing.
