Oculus Go: Not loading after no use in over a year

hello, i havent used my Oculus Go in over a year.  I went to use it and it is stuck at a loading screen.  I have verified i am connected to Wifi.  Is there way to reload the OS or is it just obsolete and no longer supported?  Thanks all!

If your updates are very out of date you may need to do a factory reset.  See pinned threads for how to do this.  After this, go to the settings/all/about and check for updates, then update.  Takes a while to do this btw.

If you still have problems, you know what to do (= oculus support).
