Note: When reconnecting to the PC, you should connect the USB cable first, then the display port cable to the dedicated graphics card.
Remove any adapters from the headset.
Laptop: Ensure the port the headset is connected to, is running through the primary GPU and not integrated. This can usually be done through the graphic card settings.
