Before we begin the troubleshooting process, please check to make sure your PC meets the Oculus Link compatibility requirements.
As this sounds like a software issue, please start the troubleshooting by rebooting your headset and restarting the PC software.
To reboot your headset:
With your headset on, hold the power button on the right side of your headset down until you're prompted with a shut-down screen.
If the issue still persists after the reboot, please check out this Oculus Community thread which contains a possible solution which includes disabling your integrated graphic driver in your computer's Device manager.
