An Oculus device isn't registered to your account at the moment

I am chasing this up because of the Asgards wrath promotion and am worried something has gone wrong with my account (probably linked to the forced facebook conversion) i am wondering if anyone else has an issue.

I have a quest2.   it IS attached to my account, I know this because i can see my library when hooked up via usb and have played RoboRecall both PC version AND mobile version to compare the 2 on it.

however when i look at my oculus account it says there are no devices attached. I am concerned Support will look at this and accuse me of trying to pull a fast one.

Is it just me or is this a general issue.?

Thinking about it, this isnt the 1st time this has happened..... Whilst my Rift CV1 was registered just fine (it isnt now as i sold it a few weeks back so removed it) my DK2 never showed on my account either (which meant i never got my golden DK2 cosmetic item for my home..... 
I can live without the golden headset (albeit i would like to have it) but would hate to miss out on Asgards wrath or future promotions

I contacted Oculus support to resolve the issue.  The issue of the device still not appearing on the website remains, but they did put Asgard's Wrath onto my account, so at least that is fixed.

i can see my rift head set the serial number and everything but i can't see my two quest 2 headsets on the website under devices hmmmmmm

i think the problem is that they will be unveiling a new mobile app and website for gifting games soon, and they added the casting option through web browser i think they might have glitched there databases?

Ditto here. Under "Rift" they have my headset serial number and all my other gear, but under "Devices" it claims I have none. Have been using this headset for a year + and never thought to look till now.

Is there any update regarding this situation at all? I've had the same thing happen to me. But it definitely can't be because of any linking, as I don't bother with most social media and haven't linked an account to one.

 

I just randomly had some issue occur with my headset, where it never loads the game now. I only get an orange light inside the headset. Every troubleshooting workaround I've used has yielded no results. But when I went to try and contact support, it also has the same situation with telling me no Oculus device is registered to my account. Even though I see my headset serial number in the Rift S tab. But this stops me from contacting support, because it asks for me to select a device (of which nothing shows) and I can't solve my original problem.

It happened to me after I factory reset my headset, but I don't know if it changes anything. Still, why does it say that it's paired on my phone?
