An Oculus device isn't registered to your account at the moment

Hello all.

I'm trying to get the replacement silicone interface for my Quest 2, but I am not able to start the process, on the website I get my device checked and all is fine, but when it redirects me to the devices page on the oculus website it says I don't have any registered devices, even though it shows purchase history and games I've played. Any solutions?
