Battery Charging to only 98%

I can only get 98% charge any ideas?
Tried draining until shut down then charged only to 98%.

They might be getting old, that's what  batteries do when they're used, they loose a little charge little by little

A good BMS would compensate for that, and still read 100% even when degraded.  Usually this kind of thing is a software issue.  Its only a numbers game though, but is still a bug.
