Hi I've literally just received my quest 2 after work this evening Upon opening I tried to turn it on as on the description that comes with the device. Nothing happened so I plugged it in but there is no indicator light atall like there should be. I've tried the reset buttons but nothing seems to have any affect. All that happens is the oclulus logo very briefly flashes then goes streight off??
You hold power button for around 3 seconds and let go. If that fails maybe try the same with it plugged in for the possibility it ran out of power. If still the same it must be defective.
