Can't buy games and horrible Customer Servi e

I've had issues with purchasing games on my new Quest 2 I purchased since mid-November 2020. So the logical thing was to go through Oculus customer service and tell you I've had nothing but frustration and no resolution!

I purchased my Quest 2 through and had it sent to my UPS store mailbox for my in-home business to prevent porch pirates around the neighborhood during the holidays. Oculus customer service advised that I can't purchase games because it's listed as freight delivered.  I've had to send in a copy of my driver's license, invoice of purchase and have been back and forth for over two months. I told them that it's no different than if I have a USPS P.O. Box!

How has my Quest 2 delivered to my P.O. Box at a UPS store a preventative from purchasing games? 

Anyone? Please any ideas or help! All I want to do is play my damn games!!!

My conclusion at this point is Oculus customer service platform via emails is entirely worthless! The fact that I can't talk to a human being is asinine!!
