Is anyone experiencing loss of games in your library and account info not working either?

Uh-oh, gaming_soul! It looks like you're experiencing a glitch with your account/library. Don't worry though, we got you! Please complete the following steps to view the games in your library:
1) Sign out of your account on your phone
2) Turn your headset and phone off for 5 min
3) Turn your headset and phone on
4) Sign back in and make sure the headset is paired
