Download new app without link

Hi hope you can help I need a laptop to download new app virtual desktop I seen a pc with graphics card Intel 4400 would this do the job or look elsewhere thanks.

an intel 4400 wouldn't run virtual desktop its too low of spec and it can't encode.  Virtual desktop would be pointless for the application.

for virtual desktop to run properly you still need to meet link requirements
