Headset not displaying anything but black

Not only that I can’t seem to log in. I’m not young but I’m not that dumb that idk how to login but it simply won’t let me. My headset is just a black screen and I can’t even get into the app on my phone now. What do I do please?

Hey there, that sounds like quite the pickle you're in currently. We'd love to lend a hand! 


In regards to your display issues, could you please answer the following:


  1. When was this first noticed? 
  2. Does the display turn on then go black, or does it not come on at all?
  3. Is there any audio coming through? 
  4. Have you tried any troubleshooting?
    • Could you list what you've tested, if so?


As for the app issue, could you answer these also:


  1. When was this first noticed? 
  2. Does the app start up and not let you login, or does it not start up at all?
  3. What all have you tested already?


Could you give rebooting your headset with these steps a shot:


  1. Turn off the headset.
  2. Hold the Power and Volume Down (-) buttons together until the boot menu loads. 
  3. Use Volume Buttons to highlight Boot Device and press the Power Button
