I can’t turn on Oculus Quest 2. Could you take care of it?

Goupup

Hi,

My Oculus was off due to zero batteries, and I recharged from this morning. Usually, a few hours late, I see green light when it is ready to use. However, it is 9:40 pm now and light is still red, and I can’t turn it on. When I pushed the on button, there is no response. What would be the issue?

Greetings! We understand your headset isn't performing as expected. We know your gametime is very important and we'll be happy to look into this with you.

First we have a few questions.

  • Did you try using a different cable/charger?
  • Did you try using different outlets?
  • Did you try the device on a different PC?
  • Prior to this, was it bumped, dropped, or have any liquids been spilled on it?
  • Are you using a facial interface accessory?

Let's try to load the boot screen and then exit out:

  1. Hold the power and volume (-) button on the headset down simultaneously until the boot screen loads
  2. Exit and reboot the headset
  3. Reboot the headset if possible
  4. Factory reset

Please let us know if this helps.

Hi there,

Five incidents asked at first were not applied. However, I held the power and volume button at the same time, and it works now.

Thanks for your help!

Awesome @Goupup! We're happy to hear this!

It was a pleasure helping and please enjoy the rest of your day.

Game on!
