Im now in UK and I cant buy any apps or games because payment always fails. I bought the Oculus in Portugal, setup the account via Portuguese payment method and now in UK I cant even use the 8 pounds credit, why? How can I fix this please?

Im Having the same issue with mine. It’s a joke and their almost automated responses on these forum posts are insulting.
this needs to be fixed or I will have to return the headset
