Hello Fumibon, what we can do to try to fix this is making sure the cable is connected properly with a working USB 3.0 port. Uninstalling the Oculus software from your PC, and then reinstalling it. After that, perform a reboot of the headset. Also, the Quest 2 does have the Air Link feature that allows you to wirelessly connect your Quest 2 to your PC using a secure Wi-Fi network.
