Hello, my original device broke due to melting, Love First charging time. Now, I'm unable to factory reset it. So, although I've received a New Quest two, it says that I do not have full access. For such things as app sharing because I'm still connected to another device. But I'm unable to factory reset it. Does anybody have a solution For removing the faulty device from my account ?
