No 5 digit code in my headset

I am using android app on my phone it says to parry I need to enter 5 digit code which shows in the headset but there isn't any code help?

@Sawka02 Is the account on the app the same one which was first used to set up the headset? (Admin account)

 

If not, it won't work. If it is, try rebooting your headset:

 

  1. Reboot your headset:
    • Turn off your headset.
    • Hold the Power and Volume Down(-) buttons simultaneously until the boot menu loads.
    • Use the Volume Buttons to highlight Boot Device and press the Power Button.

I changed the account because it was wrong apparently
and then rebooted but still no code

You could also potentially try a different network. Maybe try pairing on a mobile hotspot?

 

Network Extenders can also be a problem if both devices aren't on the same router.
