No confirmation of receipt of the delivery RMA to the oculus facility and no updates

I haven't gotten any updates on my RMA and its almost been 2 weeks, anyone else having this issue and or know whats going on? I'm not trying to be impatient but an update on the situation would be nice. Oculus support has always been stellar, and continue to be. This time around they've been unresponsive compared to my previous experience.

Hey there, can you please provide your ticket number so that we can look into this? Please also be aware that if the component being replaced is your Quest 2, replacement orders will see a delay due to the recent recall announcement. Thanks!
