No "Desktop" Icon after Update in Oculus Link

YourMajesty80

Hi,

i can´t see the "desktop" icon in Oculus link anymore - i think that´s caused by an update...

I wanted to connect my Quest 2 to my PC  like always...but without the icon - not possible.

thx!

Tom

Seems that if you have the Beta channel enabled in the desktop app it doesn't work. However if you disable that it works again. Worked for me anyway.

same + launching anything in VR degrades performance to a few FPS. Worked perfectly before the update

Thx DunxR! That does the trick for me! I disabled Public Test Channel and the Icon is back now - thx for that!

I've tried disabling PTC but the amout of lag in vr games is unplayable. I can't play more than 10 minutes without a crash. Most of the time only about 2 mins.
