Nvidia Virtuallink and Oculus Link?

Has anyone tried the USB-C port from an Nvidia RTX with the Quest?
The oculus app displays my Quest as connected, but the port seems to be wrong, connecting it to other USB3 ports also result in the problem during the setup...
Anyone tried to get it working with Virtual Link?

While I don't have Virtuallink, I do have a thunderbolt 3 port. The connection worked perfectly fine using the thunderbolt 3 port. I don't think using Virtuallink matters since the Oculus Link only needs a USB 3.0 protocol. I hope this helps somehow.

Thx endertuber123, so the cable which comes shipped with the Quest isn't working?

No.
It support USB 2.0 only.

Is there a hardware limitation making the Quest unable to support more than USB 3.0?
Why couldn't people with gen 2 get even less compression and more supersampling?

I use it on the virutallink usbc port of my rtx2070. Works fine.
btw iam near sure more than 5(gbit/s) usb3.0 would make no sense cause quest have to decode the stream and i think thats more the limit and not streams bandwith.
