Oculus Software install problem

After selecting a profile picture in the setup i go to a grey screen.
I have tried to reinstall the software without any luck.

This is the screen i got when trying to proceed the setup.

I'm also experiencing this. VR Desktop works fine wirelessly, but Link is a no go because of this issue

Just got my Quest 2 a few hours ago and there is something wrong with the desktop application. After selecting my profile picture, it shows a grey screen.
