Oculus Software install problem

After selecting a profile picture in the setup i go to a grey screen.
I have tried to reinstall the software without any luck.

This is the screen i got when trying to proceed the setup.

I just bought the Quest2. I have exactly the same probleme.

様々な切り分けを行いましたが、どうやらoculusアカウントであれば問題なく起動し、

facebookアカウントであればこの現象が発生するようです。
早急に対応を願いたいですね...

I have the same problem, tried all the tricks in the book and what I could find when googling the problem, nothing helps. It's just a greyish screen after you install it and choose your avatar, then nothing happends.

Yes. I am having the same issue.

After updating EVERYTHING and clean installing multiple times. Same issue.

1. Pick a profile pic

2. GREY SCREEN...

I have done clean reinstalls 8 times so far.  Nothing...

I have the same issue. After selecting an avatar the screen is blank.
