Just bought a new RTX 2060 video card but it doesn't have virtual Link. How do I connect my Oculus Quest to it ?

You don't need virtual link, a normal USB3 port should work. Oculus Link sends a compressed video stream over USB3 that is decoded on the headset.

You will need a USB3 cable, see https://support.oculus.com/444256562873335/

The Quest doesn't support Virtual Link, it would fall back to standard USB 3 which is all it needs.
Just plug it into any USB 3.0 / 3.1 / 3.2 port. You don't have to connect it to a graphics card.
(You need the right kind of cable though, the cable that comes with the Quest won't work, it's only USB 2.0 internally)
