Order status changed from processing to opened

My order went from processing order to now opened. with no movement in sight, and the estimated delivery has been removed from my order. so how long do I need to wait? It seems as if my order has been placed aside and I'll have to wait a longer period of time to receive my Quest 2. My bank has also not been charged yet for the order. 4uztwz4h0trq.png
