I didn't receive an email about my order after purchasing the elite strap. I did screenshot my order number just for this reason. Without the confirmation email I'm left in the dark and unaware if I am going to receive my order or what time it is coming.

Most everyone here is just a user or enthusiast. The is one Oculus employee that posts announcements here and once in a while a support guy leaves a message, but your best bet is to create a support ticket.
