I ordered my Quest 2 and elite strap last friday and received an email this morning saying that my order has been shipped. This order has a weight of 2.8 lbs and then I received an email a couple hours later saying my order will be delayed by 10-12 business days. I am just wondering if anyone knows if maybe it has actually shipped and the delay was wrong or what is happening. I can't seem to get through to the support team.
