We have been trying to access Steam VR by using a high quality cable between the PC and the Quest 2 device, can someone advise why this is not working and we get a black screen on the oculus
1. High grade 5m USB C to USB 3.1 purchased
2. Can see the device successfully in Steam VR but then have a black screen on the oculus
3. Laptop is a Acer Nitro 5 with a RTX 3060 graphics card
No idea where to go from here, please help us
