Oculus does not recommend any products for use on there lenses only cleaning with a soft microfiber cloth.
To reduce the scratch on your lense you can use a product called "PolyWatch Polish", it does work I've used it myself (make sure its the polish and NOT the plastic)
https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00E3T237C/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Going forward I would highly recommend purchasing some prescription lens inserts if you wear glasses

Hello
I noticed after some use of murky spots on the lenses. I saw that there were lots of micro scratches on the lenses because of my glasses touching the lenses.
Question: How to treat these scratches without making the situation worse (recommended by Oculus)? Is there a protection recommended by Oculus to protect lenses?

Actually, I think they're the same stuff. Some have used the 'plastic' just fine, and it was recommended in a video. So...I specifically ordered the plastic, but they sent me the polish.

I think your right, just looked on pollywatch's website and they only do 2 products, 1 for glass and 1 for plastic.
The 1 for cleaning glass comes in 2 syringes, I wonder why they advertise it as plastic and polish if its the same product.
