I activated my Quest 2 yesterday and I wasn’t sure whether or not the referral code my friend sent me had worked. I asked him and the referral isn’t showing up for him on the Oculus app. Is there another way to confirm the referral is working and we will receive the credit?

Hey there. It can take up to a week to verify the information in the back end for the credit to turn up in your account. If its been about a week and you still don't see credit, please reach out and we'd be happy to look into and sort this out for you!

Hi, we never ended up receiving our referral credit. It also isn’t showing up in either of our referral logs. How do we remedy this?
