I have been unable to travel for the the past 2 1/2 month in Horizon Worlds and Horizon Venues. Every time I try to travel, the loading screen goes by really fast followed by the sound of bubbles popping and kicks me back to lobby with the the error pop up message "Unable to travel we were unable to take you to your destination"
Ive tried uninstalling and reinstalling the apps, Factory resets, Making sure the language was in "English(US).
Just yesterday I wasted my one time warranty with best buy to replace my system headset which was $60, but even with the new set I still cannot travel. I spoke to multiple oculus reps and nobody has resolved the issue. Horizon worlds is pretty much the only app I use and without it, my oculus is a paper weight.
Can someone with Meta, Oculus, and Horizon give me some real help this time?

I’m having the same issue, and just got my Meta Quest 2 last Saturday, and have never been able to enter any worlds from the get go. I’ve done all the troubleshooting to no avail. I’ve also reported it as a problem twice already from the Meta quest 2. Haven’t heard anything back yet. It’s like their ignoring us.

Horizon worlds has a separate area for users to report bugs and issues (and VOTE on the priority of issues!) at https://horizonworlds.uservoice.com/ . Please add your comments and votes to the tickets there, so we can get this issue's priority raised!

I and my wife had had the same issue for several weeks. I have logged out and back in, uninstalled and reinstalled the application and done a complete factory reset with no success.
